Right: Tranquility. The main subject of the photo being the lake and interpreting it in a way that the lake is calm and has a sense of the world stopping for a second and being still.

Left: Broken. Capturing the "brokenness" of the daily life and seeing how a value object like a shoe can be easily ruined.

Left: Snow. In the photo there is a main subject of the leaf and the snow. The photo is trying to show the transition from fall to winter with the dusting of snow covering the fresh green grass.

Right: Shoes. Presenting in the photo the shoes that are going to take you many places and wrong directions that are going to be taken. While still trying to show the aspect of having a simple main subject but sill keeping the viewer engaged.

Left: Fierce. Showing the confidence in the model (Joslyn Schafer) while allowing the light of the setting sun hit her face at the right time allowed me to capture this moment.

Right: Whiskers. Even though there is not a close up of the whiskers of the cat I attempted to edit the photo allowing them to stand out and create some contrast.

Left: Food. You often do not see many photographers first food choice to be a salad or healthy food, but I think that even though the food may not be pretty in person it is still possible to capture a great picture with the correct lighting and set up.

Right: Movement. Capturing the fast movement of spinning and trying to show that life can be spinning but just for a second it can stop. To capture the true beauty.

Left: Through my eyes. Seeing the real reality of the earth and nature. Attempting to show how people have taken over nature and made it look the way they wanted it to but not like the way it was created.
